Let’s take off together! Whether you’re just getting onto the foil, want to understand what you need to do during turns to stay in the air, or are looking to improve your wave riding skills, you’re in the right place.
We have top spots right at our doorstep, from flat water to waves, and you’ll be guided throughout the entire week by Dirk Herpel and Jelle Stoop. Dirk is the Editor-in-Chief of Wingsurfers Magazine, Germany’s leading foiling magazine. He has been part of the Foiltribe since day one and, with hundreds of test hours on wings, boards, and foils, is one of the best sources for getting the information you need to find the right equipment for your needs. Jelle is the head of the Dutch Foiling School, always ready to hit the water to ride one more wave, or better yet, two.
You can be sure to be guided by two of the most experienced foilers, and besides coaching, you’ll have the unique opportunity to test the latest foils, boards, and wings from high-end brands like Duotone, Armstrong, Vayu and Airinside to name a few. You can also get a taste of downwind foiling with us. If several participants are interested and have the necessary skills, we know some of the most beautiful downwind runs around Klitmøller. And if you like to try Parawing, or Foilassist of course we will also have the opportunities.
After all, Dirk lives in Cold Hawaii and knows the spots inside and out. Of course, we not only take care of your safety on the water but also shuttle you back to the starting point.

Cold Hawaii - Klitmøller

The name says it all: perfect waves, more rainbows than you can count, and instead of palm trees, you'll find fishing boats on the beach. Welcome to the west coast of Denmark.
Stretching over nearly 50 kilometers of coastline from Agger in the south to the harbor town of Hanstholm in the north, this area has rightfully earned the name Cold Hawaii in recent years. What has emerged is a unique blend of laid-back surf vibes and rugged Nordic culture, all set amidst the wild nature of Denmark's first national park.
The spots here in the north offer top-notch conditions for wingfoiling, no matter which direction the wind is blowing. From beginner friendly fladwater spots to world class wavefoiling spots all within a short drive distance. And the unique light up here can be enjoyed especially long in the summer month.
Beside the opportunity' to test Airinside boards at all camps. These super high-end boards are extremely light – imagine just 3.5 kilos for a 76-liter board, we have a big selection of high end gear, foils, wings, parawings and boards ready to test. If you looking for something special just let us know in advance. In addition, if you prefer not to bring your own gear, we offer complete gear packages including boards, foils and wings from Duotone or Vayu for the entire duration of the camp. Just let us know and we will take care of it.

We live together in one of the most beautiful houses in Cold Hawaii. Just a few minutes from Klitmøller, you can expect modern, spacious rooms with a unique view of the untouched nature of the Thy National Park. The large kitchen serves as our common meeting point. A wood-burning sauna and hot tub ensure that any muscle soreness quickly fades away. Additionally, Blackrolls, yoga mats, and a massage gun are, of course, available free of charge. You don't need to pack towels or bedding either; we've already taken care of everything for you.

Food to feel good
Foiling makes you hungry! Imagine coming off the water, taking a shower, relaxing in the sauna, or enjoying the hot tub. It's wonderful when you then enter the kitchen to find the table already set with freshly prepared dishes. Enjoy your meal! Our chef treats us to a power breakfast in the morning and ensures that we go to bed fully satisfied with fresh, homemade, and varied dinners. There's just one thing we intentionally leave off the menu—meat. But don't worry, you won't miss it! In fact, you'll be surprised at how delicious and hearty meals can be without it. We bet on that!

Getting around Cold Hawaii
We strongly recommend bringing your own car or renting one for the camp week. Cold Hawaii stretches along more than 50 kilometres of coastline, and we always try to find the best possible spot and conditions for you each day.
If you would like to share a rental car with other camp guests, just let us know and we will do our best to arrange it.

Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required upon booking. The remaining 50% is due four weeks before the start of the camp.
